Educating for peace is an invitation to reflect on attending to diversity, understanding it as a value that enriches us as a society. Can we educate for peace in our daily lives and in our surroundings? This is a challenge of civic duty and responsibility, starting not only with inclusive language, revaluing it as a model of equality and avoiding the normalization of racist phrases and attitudes, but also through education in fairer and more compassionate values. Coni La Grotteria is passionate about education and a social innovator. A preschool teacher with a Master's degree in Learning Difficulties and Language Disorders, she is the author of children's stories that promote inclusive education from an early age. Awarded Best Teacher 2018 by the organization Educa en España and a finalist for best educational project, "Schools of Peace," by Acción Magistral and the newspaper Magisterio, she has international experience in Italy, Argentina, and Spain. Her projects and methodology have made her a leading figure in education.
