It's essential to understand young people! Understanding means that parents need to have a basic understanding of how a teenager's brain works and to reflect on their own experiences to better comprehend what their child is going through and feeling. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the Universidad Intercontinental and has worked with leading experts on adolescent issues in Mexico. For over 17 years, with his dynamic and unique style, he has given talks, lectures, and workshops for teenagers and their parents on personal development, sex, self-esteem, addictions, the internet, boundaries, communication, and other topics of great national and international interest. His books, Quiúbole con… para mujeres y hombres adolescentes (co-authored with Gaby Vargas), *¿Y miss 15?*, and *¡Renuncio!, tengo un hijo adolescente ¡y no sé qué hacer!*, have become bestsellers with sales of over 2 million copies. He is a husband and the father of three children. He was a producer and host of the radio programs Qué pex and Despierta on EXA FM for 11 consecutive years, as well as a producer and host of some of Mexico's most impactful youth television programs, such as Otro rollo and Está Cañón.
