Treasure Hunt (Renovating My Ancestral Home in China - Episode 17)
Welcome back to my channel documenting my adventures in renovating my ancestral house in China’s Guangdong province, Zhongshan city. In the last episode, I saw our upcycler Mr. Ho’s warehouse near my house and the beautiful screens I plan to buy from him, for the first time, in person. My curiosity grew after hearing him explain how he has been scavenging and restoring discarded woodwork from old houses, for decades. I convinced him to let me see his other, bigger warehouse, and was amazed at what I found there.
