Zhongshan’s Delicious Food (Renovating My Ancestral Home in China - Episode 19)

Happy Dragon Boat Festival! In this week's episode, I explore Zhongshan's food, including the special local "zongzi" eaten during this festival. It’s hard to believe what began as videos to share with my family has turned into a multi-episode series. A lot has been done on the house, thanks to the hard work of Sifu, his workers, and Mr. Ho. Before I move on to the next phase of renovations, I want to devote this episode of my journey in renovating my ancestral house in Zhongshan city, China’s Guangdong province to Zhongshan’s delicious food, which has made my five-hour roundtrip travel from Hong Kong so much more enjoyable.
