Gentle Hatha Yoga | Yoga after surgery or illness | for all levels (20min)

You can practice this seated hatha yoga sequence when your energy is low, after an illness or surgery, or if you just want to practice more gently. We gently stretch and rotate our upper body and hips, creating space in the chest. I had abdominal surgery myself and started practicing this sequence again to balance the posture that I had built up during the healing phase (round back, etc.). It is your own responsibility how far you can go and it should be a few weeks after the operation. Always stay in touch with your body and your breath, so you know what is good for you.
