Ankle Weight Butt Workout (25 Mins)
This workout will target your glutes and all you'll need is a pair of ankle weights (if you're a beginner you could do just bodyweight). You'll start and end with a 1-minute cardio blast and then complete two circuits: isolating the right side and then the left side. WORKOUT BREAKDOWN 1-minute Jump Squats with Alternating Leg Lifts Circuit (Right) —Donkey Kicks —Hydrants —Straight-Leg Lifts —Side Leg Circles —Single-leg Hip Bridge Circuit (Left) 1-minute Jump Squats with Alternating Leg Lifts As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand.
