20 Minute Ankle Weight Workout | Booty | Thighs | Abs
This ankle weight workout REALLY targets the booty. We also hit outer thighs, inner thighs, hamstrings, and abs, but the booty is there main focus. I am recommending to go on the lighter side for your ankle weights today (3-5lbs) because of the timed circuits. We will be doing a majority of the exercises for one minute each with 15 seconds to recover in-between. Once we get to your booty burner at the end it will be 2.5 minutes of work with 15 seconds to recover before switching sides and doing it again.
