Finance Committee I April 29, 2026

The Finance Committee reviewed the District's financial performance for March 2026, including the unaudited financial statements, narrative financial summary, 13-month statistical trends, and local vendor aging report. The committee also conducted its routine review of operational and service contracts to ensure financial stewardship, compliance, and continuity of care. Discussion topics included vendor and service agreements supporting clinical operations, technology, telehealth, interpreter services, legal counsel, pharmacy services, radiology, pathology, emergency physician coverage, auditing, and insurance. The committee also reviewed capital expenditure requests for a Health Information Management copy machine, an Emergency Department gurney, and a defibrillator for Emergency and Radiology services, along with a proposal for the HealthStream Policy and Procedure Management System.
