March 25, 2026: Finance Committee Meeting

The Finance Committee held a meeting on March 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Administrative Conference Room and via Microsoft Teams. The session began with the approval of the agenda and the minutes from the previous meeting, followed by an opportunity for public comment. The committee reviewed the financial statements for February 2026, which included the unaudited financial statement, narrative summary, 13-month statistics, and the local vendor aging report. There were no items to discuss under old business. Under new business, Compliance Officer Sally Emery presented an extensive list of contract reviews. Key renewals and agreements included liability and workers' compensation insurance through BETA Healthcare, internet and VOIP services with California Internet LP, and telemedicine services through the Dignity Telehealth Network Program. Other notable contracts involved nurse registry services with ESP Personnel, annual audit services with JWT & Associates, and hematology equipment maintenance with Sysmex America. The meeting also addressed capital expenditure requests, including a pharmacy narcotics safe and a server for the Mountain View Health Center. Additionally, the committee reviewed a scholarship application for R. Oviatt and a physician agreement for a surgical clinic. The meeting concluded after the completion of these items.
