Assalamualaikum... Sapo tofu seafood, just as delicious as restaurant-made ones, can be made in your own kitchen. Sapo tofu seafood by @yaniyankitchen Ingredients: 1 large cube of white tofu 7 small squid 10 medium-sized shrimp, halved 5 good-quality fish balls Vegetables: 100g Chinese cabbage, washed and chopped 100g green mustard greens, washed and chopped 100g cloud ear mushrooms, scalded with hot water, let sit for a while, washed and roughly chopped 1 carrot, weighing about 100g 2 medium-sized spring onions, cut diagonally. I omitted the green part because it's dry and the white part is still fresh.
