Welcome to the second day of Yoga Days ☀️ After the awakening of the first day, today we continue the journey with a practice dedicated to expansion. The solstice is approaching, the light is growing, and we too can create more space in our body, breath, and presence. This practice will guide you to gradually open up, move your energy, and sense where you can let in more breath, more vitality, more light. Practice by listening, respecting your body and the moment you find yourself in. You will need a mat, comfortable clothing, and, if you have one, a yoga belt. If you don't have one, you can replace it with a scarf, a soft belt, or a foulard.
