Welcome to the first practice of Yoga Days ☀️ Today we begin our journey towards the summer solstice with a practice dedicated to awakening the body and energy. Through movement and breath, we begin to enter this transition with greater presence, preparing to welcome the light. Practice by listening, without forcing. Let this simply be your first step on the mat. You will need: a mat, comfortable clothing. Also keep a pillow or rolled-up blanket and some blocks nearby. If you don't have any, you can substitute thick books.
