Join me and my colleague for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our first flight of the day! This video dives into all the essential checks we perform — yes, even the less glamorous ones like system checks and programming the FMS. It might seem a bit geeky or boring, but I want to show you every aspect of our job, from the routine to the critical. In this video, you'll see how we do the engine power checks, where we measure NG and ITT (temperature) at a set power level. We then compare these readings to the manufacturer’s limits, ensuring our PT6 engines are in perfect health for takeoff. I’ve kept it as real and raw as possible to give you an authentic inside look at what we do every day.
