IFR (Poor weather) Offshore flying | AW139 | This is what we do above the sea

Welcome on board. Join me and my colleague in the AW139 as we fly offshore from EHKD (Den Helder). Typical challenging North Sea Weather. Lots of wind (45kts from southwest) and low clouds. My colleague is flying the AW139 for just over two years now and does a great job! In my next video I have my new POV camera on my head, to show more what I see when I take off and land offshore. Next week Ill upload that one. This is real operation and not content creating. So what you see and hear is what we do. About this channel: I’m a full-time offshore helicopter pilot and a certified TRI/TRE on the AW189 and AW139. Here, I give you a behind-the-scenes look at real-world helicopter operations, training, and life in aviation. Let me know your thoughts or questions in the comments — I read them all!
