In this Open House, we visit the home of Fernanda Negrelli, an architect who believes that a house needs to tell stories and, above all, reflect who lives there. The 130 m² apartment underwent a complete renovation to adapt to Fernanda's current life stage: being close to her mother, welcoming family, accommodating her husband, and at the same time, creating an intimate, elegant, and meaningful refuge. Every choice was carefully considered, from the layout to the finishes, always prioritizing comfort, functionality, and identity. Passionate about the equestrian world, Fernanda subtly and sophisticatedly brought this passion into her home. Natural materials such as wood, leather, straw, stone, and silk appear in different environments, creating a welcoming, timeless, and deeply personal atmosphere. Nothing is generic: everything has a history, memory, and intention. Throughout the tour, she shares details of the renovation, the carpentry solutions, the integration of spaces, the social kitchen, the cozy bedroom, and the many objects that have survived changes of residence without losing their meaning. A project that shows how architecture and decoration can go beyond aesthetics and become an extension of the lives of those who inhabit the space.
