Um LAR CONTEMPORÂNEO onde ARQUITETURA e TECNOLOGIA se encontram
In this Open House, we invite you to explore an apartment meticulously designed by Estúdio Casa33 Arquitetura, created by architects Mariana and Cláudia, for a family with two children. A contemporary, welcoming, and extremely functional project, where architecture, technology, and well-being come together in a special partnership with @samsungbrasil. Right in the social area, the highlight is the Samsung The Frame TV, which integrates perfectly with the wood paneling and the living room design. With its ultra-thin design, customizable bezels, and Art Mode, the TV ceases to be just an electronic device and becomes a true work of art, enhancing the ambiance even when it's off. An ideal solution for rooms that combine living and TV spaces without sacrificing aesthetics. The project also features the Samsung Soundbar, with its slim and discreet design, which complements the sound experience without interfering with the visual language of the space. Everything was designed to maintain the lightness of the environment, ensuring acoustic and visual comfort in everyday life. Another major differentiator is the use of SmartThings, which connects TVs, soundbars, and other home devices in a single intelligent ecosystem. This allows the family to control music, sound, and home functions simply and intuitively, creating different scenarios for entertaining friends, relaxing, or enjoying family moments, all directly from their cell phones. Throughout the video, you'll also see how the floor plan was transformed to meet the real needs of the residents: integrated spaces, intelligent carpentry solutions, extensive use of American oak, welcoming indirect lighting, well-designed home office spaces, and children's bedrooms designed to grow with the children. An Open House that shows how technology, architecture, and sensitivity can work together, bringing more practicality, comfort, and pleasure to daily life without sacrificing beauty. The project started as a blog in 2008, born from my passion for decorating spaces, when I was setting up my first home. With time and a lot of dedication, Casa de Valentina grew, took shape, and matured. I received invitations to write articles for leading magazines in the field, I was featured on a magazine cover, and we earned the title of the most influential design and décor blog in Latin America. Here on YouTube, you'll find a curated selection of architectural projects, with great interior design solutions. A space for us to share inspiration and good taste!
