Whelen WS-3016 Monthly Test, Shellsburg, IA - October 1, 2008

Voice at 0:53. Alert at 3:20. Attack at 4:57. My third DAEC siren test, this one in Shellsburg. An ironic inverse to my first recorded DAEC siren, this is a 3016 with a 4004-era tone generator. It sounds totally awesome contrasted to the other DAEC 3016s heard in the background. I still don't know if this is a WS or WPS 3016. I've been told both ways by many different people, but have yet to learn the differences between the two models.
