I TRIED TO FILM THE MCKINNEY TORNADO SIREN TEST, BUT GOT CHASED AWAY!

The siren is right by my school, and some lady came out, and I don't know for a fact that they were chasing me, but they followed my all the way to my neighborhood. I may have been busted for filming air conditioners before, but I have never been chased before. Let me know what you guys think, I didn't get a good shot of the person chasing me, but I took a screen shot of one part where you could see them, and put a circle around it.
