Whelen WPS-3016 Fast Wail and Voice - Vernon Hills, IL 1/1/19

Fast Wail starts at 2:04. Voice starts at 6:05. We have heard many 3016s over the years, but have never heard one actually running on a Whelen controller, so we thought we'd venture up to Vernon Hills for the first Tuesday to hear this one. Siren is located at Oakwood Park, and is the only 3016 they have. There are also 2 4004s and a 2806 in town, all of which have use a different guy for the voice recording. At the beginning, Mundelein's 4004s can be heard doing alert, as well as some distant 2001s from Buffalo Grove and Lincolnshire.
