Today we're baking bread in the SOGAMBO ceramic grill. The result is amazing! We served it with homemade Mett (sausage) from Mc Ellisda. See the video link below. Check it out... Best, Michael... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Christian's Mett (sausage) video • #203 - Hackepeter / Mett selber machen // ... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: 800g wholemeal rye flour 500g wheat flour 800g lukewarm water 2 packets of dry yeast, or fresh yeast 2 packets of sourdough extract 2 teaspoons honey 4 teaspoons salt Preparation: Knead all ingredients together in a food processor and let rise for 45 minutes. Then knead the dough again by hand, shape it, and place it in a well-floured proving basket. Let rise for another 45 minutes. Preheat the grill to approximately 250-300 degrees Celsius. Turn the bread out onto the pizza stone and place a heatproof bowl of water inside the grill to create a humid environment. Close the lid and slowly reduce the grill temperature to approximately 180-200 degrees Celsius. Bake the bread for approximately 60-90 minutes.
