These eggplants disappear faster than you think! Description: Juicy, oven-baked eggplant with tender chicken, aromatic vegetables and a golden cheese crust. A simple recipe with incredible flavor – perfect for lunch or dinner! 📝 Ingredients: 2 eggplants Chicken fillet Onion Paprika Tomato Tomato paste Grated cheese Sour cream Mayonnaise Mustard Fresh dill vegetable oil Salt black pepper paprika powder 👩‍🍳 Preparation: Halve the eggplants, cut a cross into each half, and salt them. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Carefully remove the pulp and chop it into small pieces. Sauté onion, chicken fillet, eggplant flesh, bell pepper and tomato. Add tomato paste, paprika powder, salt and black pepper and mix well. Place the eggplant skins on a greased baking tray and fill them with the filling. Bake at 250 °C for 15 minutes.
