Ingredients 1 Bone In Ham Glaze Ingredient 6oz Smuckers Raspberry Jelly (seedless) 7oz BBQ Sauce (I used G Hughes Sugarfree) Salt free BBQ Rub I used was equal parts about 2 TBSPS of each of Garlic powder, Onion powder, Chili Powder, Black Pepper, Paprika, Dried Rosemary. And a Tsp of Cayenne pepper. Bottle extra for more recipes. Type of pellets I used for this ham Pitboss Hickory Pellets Instructions Preheat smoke to 250°. Place ham In shallow pan and smoke for 2 hours. Bring Smoker up to 300° and smoke for an additional hour until ham reached 140°. As the Internal temp gets close to 140° make glaze over medium high. Add Ingredients and Allow the jelly to Melt and the mixture to simmer for 2 mins. Glaze ham and let the ham cook for 25 mins. #doublesmokedham #cookingwithmanualfocus #smokedham #glazedham
