#PitBossNation #BBQ #doublesmokedham #kamado #PitBosskamado Last Christmas I smoked a ham and it came out really good. Considering that I've upgraded my grills since then, I decided to give this another go-round. It was delicious. Some key notes on this cook: -since ham has already been smoked prior to purchase, all you're doing is bringing it back up to temperature (140 degrees IT) -when using this glaze, be sure to use it as soon after ham reaches IT of 120 degrees; after glazing, be sure to keep it warm (and stirred) until next glazing otherwise it will harden and become useless.
