We will take you through how to prepare this at home For more yummy recipes visit:    / sreenathrecipes     / sreenathrecipes   http://www.sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in   / malluadukkala  .   / sreenathrecipes   Ingredients Cubed capsicum – 3 Chopped tomato – 1 Finely chopped onion – 1 ½ cups Jeera – ½ tsp Crushed ginger and garlic – 1 tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Red chilli powder – 2 tsp Coriander powder – 2 tsp Oil – 1 tbsp Garam masala powder – ½ tsp Curd – 1 cup Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp Salt – to taste Water – ½ cup Process Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame Add ½ tsp of jeera When it splutters add 1 ½ cups of finely chopped onion Saute this for some time Now add 1 tbsp of crushed ginger and garlic Saute this till the raw smell goes off Now add ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of red chilli powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder and a little salt Saute this for 1 minute Now add 3 cubed capsicum and 1 chopped tomato Mix well Place the lid and cook it over low flame for 8 minutes Stir occasionally Now add ½ cup of water and mix well Cook it for 2 minutes Now reduce the flame and add 1 cup of curd Mix well and add ½ tsp of garam masala powder Now add some finely chopped coriander leaves Mix well.
