2025 Basket Weaving Harvest

For the past 3 years, the Weaver's Circle has been held here at the Huhugam Heritage Center, becoming a safe space for all current and future weavers to learn and socialize with one another; continuing the art of traditional Akimel O'otham weaving. During the gathering, weavers taught each other to identify their materials before learning how to cultivate and process these elements.
