Ben Fraters is one of the last Dutch East Indies veterans from North Brabant. During a visit to the war museum in Overloon, he talks about his deployment to the Dutch East Indies. He also discusses his time after the Indonesian War of Independence and the reason why he became a professional soldier. This production was made by Sam Nooijen, a student at Fontys Journalism.
