MK Party seeks clarity on Parliament’s Section 89 rules
The MK Party is questioning aspects of the National Assembly’s Section 89 impeachment rules. He argues that if the interdict against President Cyril Ramaphosa fails, Parliament must be clear on how the impeachment process will proceed.
