I'm joining TigerBeetle

I know I swore I'd never join another company when I started my coaching business, but I'm officially joining TigerBeetle as Chief Customer Officer. This wasn't an easy decision - I love coaching founders and building my authentic sales approach. But sometimes positive energy is too hard to ignore. Two main reasons drove this choice: First, TigerBeetle represents a generational shift in database technology. While Postgres and MySQL are 20-30 years old and built for legacy hardware, TigerBeetle was redesigned from scratch for today's realtime demands. General-purpose SQL-based databases can't keep up with the need to run 1000x faster. Second, founder Joran's approach to customer relationships perfectly matches my authentic sales philosophy. I'll continue creating content, but now from inside a growing company.
