This video is the first in our series on Muroran, our 34th city/town. In this first video, we'll be introducing three restaurants: the 119th, Tokikin Shokudo; the 120th, Soba-dokoro Sarashina; and the 130th, Eizan. On that day, we enjoyed Muroran in the following order: ① Tokikin Shokudo - Tempura Mori Soba (1,100 yen) ② Soba-dokoro Sarashina - Mori Soba (680 yen) ③ Muroran Onsen Yurara (680 yen) ④ Eizan - Two-kind Mori Soba with Shrimp Tempura (1,380 yen) Compared to soba restaurants in Date City, the prices of both the soba and tempura seemed relatively reasonable. It was a very satisfying day, with soba restaurants offering delicious food despite the low prices. Hokkaido is the number one producer of soba in Japan.
