As caregivers, you might want to encourage your dependants to do these exercise. These exercises although simple will help the difficulties that a patient with Parkinson's Disease may face. People with Parkinson's can live a normal life, and these tips will help them live well with this condition. Some symptoms of Parkinson's Disease include: 1. Shaking of arms or legs when at rest 2. Stiffness of arms, legs or body 3. Slowness of movement and walking 4.
