I've found a new, perfect recipe – I cook it all the time now! Today we're making an incredibly delicious dessert! Vanilla pudding as a base and delicate vanilla cream – a combination that simply melts in your mouth. It's easier to prepare than it looks, and the result will delight everyone. Let's get started! Ingredients: ✅ For the yogurt cream: 2 eggs. 180 g sugar. 20 g vanilla sugar. 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. 700g sour cream or Greek yogurt. 80 g butter. 1–2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut (optional). ✅ Choux pastry: 180 ml of water. 75 g butter. 1 pinch of salt. 100 g flour. 10 g cocoa powder. 3-4 eggs. ♨ Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 20 minutes (until golden brown). Reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 15–20 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking! ✅ Optional: Icing sugar. Here's an incredibly delicate dessert! You can serve it immediately – then the roll will be especially crispy – or let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour to make it even more tender and moist.
