This typical Northern French tart will delight cheese lovers! And also those who are short on time in the kitchen! Ingredients: Maroilles cheese Egg Flour Sugar Butter Crème fraîche Recipe: In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and sugar. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then pour it into the bowl. When the dough starts to thicken, add the butter. Knead the ingredients until a dough forms. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After resting, prepare the dough in a baking dish. Add weights to shape it and bake for 3 minutes. This pre-baking will allow you to trim the edges for the filling. Cut the Maroilles cheese into pieces and place them directly on the dough. To bind the dough to the Maroilles, pour in a mixture of one egg and crème fraîche. Bake the flamiche at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Tip: You can serve this flamiche with endives. Enjoy!
