Quick & Delicious Chicken Biryani Recipe

Quick & Delicious Chicken Biryani Ingredients: 1 kg chicken 4 tomatoes, roughly cut 5–6 green chilies 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaifal) and mace (javitri) powder Salt, to taste 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 cup oil 1 cup yogurt 1 tsp yellow food coloring 3 cups rice, soaked for 20 minutes Fresh coriander and mint leaves Method: 1. Add 1 cup oil and mix well. 2. Cover and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the chicken is fully cooked. 3. When the chicken and spices are almost cooked, add 1 cup of yogurt. 4. Add 1 tsp yellow food coloring and mix well. 5. Cover and cook for a few more minutes until all the water has evaporated completely. 6. The chicken mixture is ready. Now boil the rice. 7. Boil 3 cups of rice that have been soaked for 20 minutes. 8. Layer half of the rice over the chicken, then add the remaining chicken and top with the rest of the rice. 9. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint, then cover and cook on low heat (dum) for 15 minutes. 10. Quick and Delicious Biryani is ready
