In this 15-minute yoga flow, we'll work specifically on opening your hips to stimulate the liver meridian. In TCM, the liver is responsible for the free flow of Qi and emotions. When this flow stagnates, we often feel irritable, frustrated, or stuck. What to expect: This sequence guides you through a deep hip opener that helps you gently (but intensely!) release stagnant energy.
