These designs are based on the selection of commercially available parts with chain verification performed using Pathwave SystemVue tools. Part 1: I start by introducing the sub-6GHz and mmwave cell transceiver design, covering RF frontends, Antenna Arrays, varies transceiver topology designs using off the shelf RF chips. Part 2: Here we detail more on the 3.6Ghz band 5G cell transceiver, Part 3: Here we detail more on the mmWave band 5G cell transceiver, introduce EIRP of antenna arrays with beamformer. Part 4: Here we illustrate the design and modeling of both sub-6GHz and mmWave distribution antenna feed networks.
