A moist sponge cake soaked in tres leches syrup with a creamy layer of vegetable cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. If you want to learn how to make this delicious dessert, you can find the COMPLETE RECIPE here: VEGAN 3 MILK CAKE: Preparation time: 1 hour Baking time: 20 minutes Refrigeration time: 5 hours INGREDIENTS: Sponge cake: 390 g wheat flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 pinch of salt 345 ml oat milk 60 ml sunflower oil 150 g golden sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3-milk blend: 320 g vegan condensed milk (our recipe: • LECHE CONDENSADA VEGANA | Living Like A Panda ) 200 ml vegetable cooking cream or coconut milk 60 ml oat milk Coconut cream: 800 ml coconut milk (never 24 hours beforehand) 100 g powdered sugar · Start by making the cake. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, which are the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. · Separately, mix the liquid ingredients, which are the remaining ingredients. · Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. · Transfer this mixture to a 30 x 18 cm container greased with vegetable oil. · Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until a pierce comes out clean. · Let it cool, and then make the 3-milk mixture, which is as simple as mixing the 3 ingredients.
