In today’s video I’m sharing a realistic high protein what I eat in a day as someone trying to grow my glutes & stay lean. Including breakfast, pre-workout snacks, post-workout protein shake, quick meals and a full cook with me (chicken fajitas 🌯) I’m still figuring out the food side of fitness, so this isn’t what I eat every day and definitely nothing fancy just a real day 😂 I’m trying to focus on consistency not perfection, especially when it comes to hitting my protein goals.
