According to him and his trainers, here's what you need to do to get Spider-Man's body: One of the first strength training programs Tom Holland undertook consisted of a circuit of four exercises, performed five times, with 30 seconds of rest between each set of repetitions. The exercises were as follows: Deadlift (8 repetitions). Incline bench press with pronated grip (10 repetitions). Tricep dips (15 repetitions). Weighted tricep dips (12 repetitions). Currently, Tom Holland is 26 years old, 5'8" (1.74 meters) tall, weighs 143 pounds (65 kilograms), and has a body fat percentage of around 12%. Despite not having a physique with a large amount of muscle mass, it's a body that shows a lot of hard work. And we're not just talking about the work he did in the gym strengthening his muscles, but also the efforts he made at the table and in the kitchen to sculpt his physique. The young actor was able to eat whatever he wanted in a healthy and controlled way before putting the machine into action in the ring and the gym. This means that, on average, he consumes around 2,000 calories a day, distributed among protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Outside of his acting career, Holland dedicates himself to philanthropy, raising money to help low-income people in the UK, especially families with children who suffer from conditions like dyslexia and illnesses such as cancer.
