This is a hobby video series where a Z enthusiast builds a Kawasaki classic motorcycle in 1/1 scale from parts, much like a DeAgostini project. Episode 22! Having finished the cylinder head preparation in the previous episode, we'll begin assembling the cylinder head in this episode. This episode will cover valve lapping and valve assembly. This is my first time lapping valves, so I'll be doing it by trial and error. I want to do as much DIY work as possible to my satisfaction, which is why it's taking so long.
