30 Minute Kettlebell Full Body HIIT | FORCE Series DanielPT

In this Kettlebell Full Body HIIT workout we will have 12x Giant Sets and each Giant Set Contains 3x Movements. We will perform each movement for 35 seconds long and we try to do as many repetitions as possible. After each movement there will be a 15 seconds rest and between each giant set there will be a 20 second rest.
