If the situation weren't so tragic, Trump's antics would be laughable. In this video, we analyze what we consider a true point of no return: the signing of the so-called Peace Board and the birth of what we call the Pax Trampiana. This is not just another anecdote, but an explicit attempt to dismantle the United Nations and replace international law with a private, corporate, and hierarchical structure, led by a president with almost monarchical powers. Based on a reading of the founding draft of this new institution, we show how the logic of human rights, democracy, and international law is definitively abandoned in favor of a logic of efficiency, money, and naked power. Kant, Hegel, or Ferrajoli wouldn't simply be disappointed: they would be witnessing the death certificate of the Enlightenment project being signed. Peace ceases to be a legal and moral ideal and becomes a business, a mega-investment fund that requires a billion dollars upfront and can expel its members by presidential decree. This video is a wake-up call from philosophy. Not to interpret texts, but to confront what is happening: the end of the rules-based international order and the shift to a law of the jungle managed by economic and geopolitical elites.
