Part 6 in our series of the DD15 major overhaul, this video goes over the cylinder head bolt installation and how to torque properly. Cylinder head bolt torque specs: Step 1, 147 lbs ft Step 2, 90 degree torque turn Step 3, 90 degree torque turn DO NOT USE A IMPACT TO REACH THE 90 DEGREE TORQUE TURN, THIS MUST BE DONE USING A WRENCH.
