DD15 major overhaul Part 3 cylinder liner installation (English and Español)

In this video, part 3 of the DD15 major engine overhaul, I will be going over how to install the liners and what you will need. The liner part number based on the VIN number I am working on is DDE A4720111910. The kit includes the liner, seals (upper and lower) and the carbon scraper ring that sits at the top of the liner. You will need clean motor oil, you can use the Detroit tool to install your liner which I believe is a J-47407 and runs about $ 350 - $650 or you make your own liner installation tool with something you probably have laying around your shop. You may need to be a little creative, but it works just as well. I got the idea from a friend that did engine work and I am able to use this on other engines.
