DD15 major overhaul Part 4, Piston assembly with installation.

Part 4 in the series of the DD15 major overhaul, this video goes over the piston assembly, liner prep, piston installation and you will need to do the job correctly. Once the piston is installed you will HAVE TO TORQUE the bolts in a two step process. Use assembly lube on the connecting rod bearings and oil the threads of the bolts. Step 1: 85 foot lbs Step 2: 180 degree torque turn You MUST FOLLOW the torque steps. Do not use an impact to achieve the 180 degree torque turn and this must be done evenly.
