🥖 Sourdough Pandesal | No Commercial Yeast Added | Soft & Fluffy Filipino Bread Rolls
These Sourdough Pandesal are soft, airy, and fluffy with a wonderful hint of sourdough flavor! 😊 After successfully making my sourdough breakfast buns, I decided to experiment by converting my classic yeast-based Pandesal recipe into a naturally leavened sourdough version—and the results were amazing! 🤗 The sourdough starter adds incredible flavor and texture, creating Pandesal that are light, tender, and perfect for your favorite sweet or savory fillings (palaman). Whether enjoyed for breakfast, merienda, or as a snack, these rolls are sure to become a family favorite. ❤️ 📌 UPDATE • Bake your Sourdough Pandesal until an instant-read thermometer registers 93°C (200°F). • Looking for a healthier version?
