Hello everyone, this is Seungmin. How have you been? In the cold winter air, our bodies constantly seek out warm places, and seek shelter in the comfort of our homes. We avoid going out. Is it because of this frightening season? lol Or is it because of the ever-increasing number of delicious desserts? There's a woman here who's been slowly gaining weight lately. So, I've been back in control and diet mode since last week. Hehe. Actually, I used to weigh about 12-13kg more than I do now. I was quite chubby back then. lol So, since I've tried all sorts of diets since I was young, I'm quite familiar with easy ways to lose weight now. So today, I've shared some habits that are helpful for my diet, which I'm focusing on. Aren't there so many easy ways to lose weight in a short period of time these days? For example, Lal-ik Wigobi, Maunjaro, Meosi-Kang-i, etc. Of course, they're fine for therapeutic purposes... Actually, I'm a bit of a coward, worried that those methods might have even a 0.001% chance of side effects... and the idea of artificially injecting something is a little scary, right? Haha. So, as someone who pursues healthier, habit-forming weight loss methods... I've gathered together some of the best habits I've been focusing on and found to be really effective. Of course, if you reduce your portion size, switch to a healthier diet, and incorporate these habits, you'll lose weight even more easily. If you find it difficult to drastically change your diet, just follow the habits I've shared. You'll truly transform into a body that loses weight more easily. I'm living proof. Kiki. And everyone, the recipes I showed you last time were sooo ... First of all, the sandalwood scent is crazy good. Also, it feels like it's helping to reduce swelling. And it's also said to help relieve menstrual cramps, so I'm using it even more. Hehe. Yoost Thyme Massage Cream https://vo.la/3aZ5Ztf They say it's called thyme cream because the scent can be felt all the way to the 100-mile mark. The scent is legendary. Actually, I'm okay with it... but if you don't like strong scents, I wouldn't recommend it. But this is amazing for a body-relaxing massage. It's so refreshing... and it makes your whole body feel like blood circulation is improving... I can't give up. It's not only good for circulation, but it's also great for loosening up any tight spots. I highly recommend it. But they say there are about 95 bilberries and raspberries in it? It's pure concentrate. This is delicious even if you just drink it on its own. It's also amazing mixed with yogurt or water... For those who want a simple, healthy breakfast, I highly recommend it!!! It's so delicious. Evennut Pecans for the Miserly https://vo.la/SCZ91u0 Why is this so delicious? Why is it so sweet? Actually, yogurt does have a few calories... and a little sugar, though. I recommend it because it's better than grinding up regular desserts. And they say it's made with unrefined organic sugar. It also seems to reduce blood sugar levels...lol. And eating this really makes me forget about dessert, Kiki. It's so delicious, I'm repurchasing it for myself... and as gifts for people around me... I'm buying a bunch of these again and again...Kiki. 🥣 Mushroom Oatmeal Risotto Recipe (Jinseoyeon's Recipe from Convenience Store!) 1) Stir-fry various mushrooms (any type) and onions in olive oil. 2) Once the onions turn translucent, add two handfuls of oatmeal. Add 400ml of almond milk, fish sauce, pepper, and a little Parmesan cheese (or cheddar, if you like). 3) Simmer until thickened. 4) Add mushroom topping for even more flavor. 5) Sauté mushrooms (any kind you like, lol) in butter. Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of allulose and sauté. 6) Super delicious and delicious! 🥣 Vegetable Rice Bowl Recipe (Inspired by Lee Si-young's YouTube recipe!) 1) Prepare multigrain rice or brown rice. 2) Throw in whatever vegetables you have in the fridge. 3) Generously coat a pan with olive oil and add the vegetables, shrimp, etc. 4) Salt and pepper to taste. 5) I sprinkled paprika powder (you can use SSAP without this). 6) Making the seasoning sauce for the squid squid. 7) 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup allulose, 2 tablespoons perilla oil, a little minced garlic, and sesame seeds to taste. 8) Enjoy it while screaming at the deliciousness.
