Hello everyone, this is Seungmin. It's a rainy Thursday... I wonder if you all had a good day. I am currently spending a very cold spring day due to a boiler breakdown at home... Is. This. Right? Haha. Anyway... Today, I filmed a video on the topic of "Energy Management." Our time is so limited to just 24 hours a day, and unfortunately, we only have one body... yet there are so many things to do... and so many things we want to do... you know? In times like that... I found that managing energy is more important than managing time. If you live your day with the mindset of "Let's use energy well!" rather than simply "Let's use time well!"... you rest well, work well... and end up living a really... well-organized day, I guess... Anyway, it was good. So... today, I just wanted to ramble on about the things I'm paying attention to because I want to live well. What I'm doing isn't the 100% right answer, and you just need to adjust it to fit your own lifestyle and live your day well! But please just think of it as sharing methods that I, as a human, found incredibly helpful when I tried them myself... and just as a casual chat with this woman... I think it would be nice if you could watch comfortably... hehe. Since I'm still lacking in many ways... I'm trying out all sorts of things. Hehe. Please let me know if you have any personal tips for managing energy... or tips for staying active for a long time without getting exhausted. I. totally want. That kind of thing.
