Hello friends! Today Er Bai comes with the traditional recipe of Dan Dan Noodles, a famous snack in Sichuan. He learned this recipe from a famous Chinese pastry chef, Master Du Guoliang, during his internship at Li Li Restaurant. The recipe is simple, but produces an amazing flavor. In particular, the red chili oil is the soul of this dish. Please take a good look!
