The Pilates Reformer Front Rowing series is an excellent series of exercises, emphasizing fluid transitions and controlled breathing. This video breaks down each movement offering an easy to follow approach, ideal for beginners or more experienced students interested in teacher training tutorials. The Arm Circles exercises challenges the spinal extensors and core stability muscles whilst mobilising the shoulder joint. The Round Forward with Arm Circles exercise strengthens the abdominal muscles and challenges the core stability muscles and mobilises the spine from flexion into neutral.
