Beginner Level Scooter Scooter with footbar support. Using a football as a brace and support to press the carriage out. Flying Splits Heel Lift: Lifting only the heel from the floor to familiarise yourself with torso and carriage action. Foot Lift: Lifting the entire foot away from the floor, building confidence through upper body strength and preparing for progressions. Intermediate Level Scooter Unsupported (hands-free) scooter. Full weight placed through one supporting leg to increase balance, stamina, and isometric strength. Flying Splits Flamingo: Spinal flexion with hip and knee flexion to increase range of motion. Tap Up to Plank: Transitioning into a plank on top of the carriage, loading through the arms to challenge core stability. Advanced Level Scooter Back-Facing Scooter: Foot placed in the strap with hip and knee extension. Demonstrated both with a gondola pole and completely hands-free for maximum balance challenge. Flying Splits Full Flying Splits: A rhythmical, cardiovascular sequence enhancing core stability, extension, and upper body strength. Flying Splits with Press-Up: Adding an upper-body strength challenge to this dynamic, cardiovascular movement.
